Several years of experience in test, troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems, plus the theoretical knowledge and existence of required machinery in our shop, have enabled us to design and manufacture customized hydraulic systems and machineries, as per our clients’ requisitions.
Quality and performance of our custom made systems, have been high and thus have resulted in a high level of satisfaction amongst our clients.
As a sample of these customized systems, the followings could be named:
Ahwaz Steel Complex
Emergency returning mechanism (Patented) for Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)
Design of hydraulic circuit, manufacturing the power pack, piping and erection of above mentioned mechanism to stop pouring the molten steel from furnace into the ladle in case of power failure.
As soon as the power goe’s off unexpectedly, this system will be operated and will return the (EAF) form tilted position to horizontal, thus stopping the molten steel to be poured into the ladle.
The system was designed after vast field study and implemented after approval of the tilting system designer (Fusct Co of Germany).
Ghom Electric Power Supply Co.
Design and manufacturing of a testing arrangement to detect the internal leakage in dual fuel injectors of the gas turbines.
The rig is capable to lift the nozzle arrangement from its stand, positioning it on the rig and clamping the required connections subsequently. After this stage, the nozzle will be loaded hydrostatically by demineralised water for a specified time and if there would be any leakage it will be detected and measured automatically.
All parts and connections of this rig is made of stainless steel.
Saipa Diesel.
Design and manufacturing a new pressure multiplier system.
The system was designed and manufactured for multiplying the existing hydraulic pressure by 3.32 times, to actuate rivetting guns which are used in truck chasis fabrication.
The above company was not satisfied with their existing pressure multiplier for the following reasons:
- Low volume of outgoing oil in each working cycle.
- Plunger’s seal were teared off more often than expected due to its inappropriate design.
The first issue was solved by making a bigger multiplier and for the second one a new design was implemented on the main shaft.
Mirab Company.
Design and manufacturing a hydraulic system for emergency closing the large butterfly valves, used in industries such as power plants.
The basis of the design was from Erhard Co., of Germany which was improved by implying variations in its hydraulic circuit design (Approved by Erhard Co.).
The required energy for closing the valve is provided by the potential energy of a weight which is normally lifted up by the hydraulic system. When the flow should be stopped abruptly due to an emergency issue such as power failure, then the hydraulic system will act and lets the valve be closed by the force of the suspended weight. Closing action is according to a predetermined pattern and it is implemented in such a way that no sudden surge is produced.
